Terms of service
The terms for the services offered by Systema360 through mnemia, separate from Apple’s standard app licence.
Last updated 15 August 2026
01Provider and scope
These terms govern the free features and Pro services offered by Systema360 S.r.l., VAT and tax identification number 02227730765, with its registered office in 85100 Potenza (PZ), Italy, through mnemia. They do not replace the EULA governing the app licence.
These terms take effect when you download or first use the app. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
02The service
mnemia lets you catalogue belongings in your home and find them by name, or through natural language search with Pro. Search runs on your device, with optional syncing through your own iCloud. It is a universal app for iPhone, iPad and Mac.
03App licence and Apple terms
The licence to install and use mnemia is governed by Apple’s standard EULA, which applies when you download the app from the App Store. You can read it on Apple’s website.
These terms govern the services provided by Systema360, including the free features and mnemia Pro. If there is a conflict concerning the app licence, Apple’s standard EULA prevails. Mandatory rights under Italian and European Union law remain unaffected.
04Accounts and data
You are responsible for the content you enter in mnemia and for ensuring it is lawful. Because your data resides on your device and in your iCloud, you are responsible for backing it up. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
05mnemia Pro and subscriptions
- mnemia is free to download and use. Pro features are available through a paid subscription or a one-time purchase.
- Subscriptions and the annual plan’s 7-day free trial are managed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to its terms. The current price and trial conditions are shown on the app’s App Store page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.
- Apple handles any refunds under its policies. We do not handle payments or refunds directly.
06Right of withdrawal
Consumers in the European Union have the rights provided by consumer protection legislation. For digital content and services purchased through the App Store, any right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code is exercised with Apple within 14 days of purchase using Apple’s refund process. You can disable automatic renewal at any time in your Apple Account settings. To avoid the charge for the next period, disable it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
07Intellectual property
mnemia, its name, logo, interface and software are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights in the app to you. Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. mnemia is an independent product and is not affiliated with Apple.
08Limitation of liability
mnemia is provided as is. Although we work to offer a reliable service, we do not guarantee that the app will be free from errors or always available. mnemia helps you remember your belongings. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from misuse, loss of data due to missing backups, inaccurate inventories or data entry errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, mnemia, including loss of data, opportunities or expected savings, however caused and regardless of the legal basis of the claim.
Subject to the following paragraph, our total liability to you for any damage connected with mnemia does not exceed the greater of fifty euros and the amount you actually paid for mnemia Pro in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage.
None of these limitations applies in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, or any other case in which the law does not permit exclusion or limitation of liability. Your protection as a consumer under applicable mandatory rules remains unaffected and takes precedence over this section.
09Changes to the service and terms
We may update the app and these terms. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the app after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory rules in their country of residence and the jurisdiction of the courts competent for consumer disputes. For relationships with non-consumers, the courts of Potenza have jurisdiction.
11Dispute resolution
If you have a problem, first write to info@systema360.it. We will try to resolve it directly. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures provided by the Italian Consumer Code, through an ADR body registered in the lists maintained by the competent Italian authorities. The European ODR platform has no longer been operational since 2025. Your right to bring a case before the ordinary courts remains unaffected.
