Privacy policy

• Your data belongs to you. Your home inventory, photos and documents are stored on your device.
• Search runs on your device. Natural language processing happens locally. Your questions are not sent to our servers.
• Syncing uses your iCloud. When enabled, your data syncs between your devices through your Apple Account, without passing through our systems.
• No profiling or sale of data. We do not sell, rent or exchange personal information.

The controller of your personal data is Systema360 S.r.l., whose registered office is in 85100 Potenza (PZ), Italy, VAT and tax identification number 02227730765, certified email systema360@pec.it. For any privacy request, contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@systema360.it.

The mnemia.it website uses only technical cookies and storage, including the session cookie, CSRF protection token and the light or dark theme preference saved in your browser. We do not use profiling cookies or tracking tools, so a consent banner is not required. Technical server logs, including IP addresses and user agents, are retained only as long as necessary to keep the service secure, on the basis of our legitimate interest. Details of these technical tools are available in the cookie policy.

Registration for the waiting list is closed. The collected email addresses are used only to send the launch notification and are deleted after it is sent. They are not used for other communications or shared with third parties.

When you use mnemia, you create an inventory of your belongings, including names, rooms, containers, notes, photos, receipts, manuals, warranties and expiry dates. This content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable syncing, in your private iCloud storage.

We cannot access this content. It does not pass through our servers and is not used to train models or for advertising.

If you enable syncing, your data is stored and transferred between your devices using Apple iCloud, within your personal account. This processing is governed by Apple’s terms and privacy policy. You can disable syncing at any time in your device settings.

mnemia is free to use. The Pro subscription and any trial period are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Apple processes payment details. We do not receive or store your card details. Apple provides us only with the information needed to verify your subscription status.

If enabled in your system settings, Apple may share anonymous, aggregated diagnostic and crash data with us to help us fix errors and improve the app. This data does not identify you. You can disable sharing in the privacy settings of iOS or macOS.

• Apple provides distribution through the App Store, subscriptions, iCloud syncing and diagnostics.
• We do not integrate advertising networks, tracking SDKs or third-party analytics.

Systema360 S.r.l. manages the official mnemia Facebook page.

For the aggregated statistics that Meta provides to page administrators, known as Page Insights, Systema360 S.r.l. and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited act as joint controllers under Article 26 of the GDPR. Meta independently determines the purposes and means of processing data collected through its platform. Meta publishes information about this in its own terms and privacy policy.

Systema360 S.r.l. receives only aggregated, non-identifying statistics about interactions with the page. It cannot access the personal data held by Meta and does not use that data for other purposes.

Interactions such as following, liking or commenting on the page take place on Meta’s platform and are subject to Meta’s terms. Any link to the page on this website is a simple link and does not install cookies.

You can exercise your rights under Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR with either joint controller. To exercise them with Systema360 S.r.l., write to privacy@systema360.it.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Because your content is stored on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by editing or deleting data in the app, or uninstalling it.

For any other request, write to privacy@systema360.it (or to info@systema360.it). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

mnemia is not intended for children under 14 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the app or legislation. The updated version will be published on this page with a new last updated date.
